Delivery and Returns
Our Terms & Conditions for purchasing from our online store as as follow:
This is applicable to South African customers only.
We at Jill&Co reserve the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Delivery & Returns Policy.
This policy is applicable only to online customers and does not extend to customers who have purchased from our retail store.

Postage charges, FREE POSTAGE within South Africa for purchases over R1000.
Orders under R1000 will incur a R150 courier fee.
We deliver to addresses within South Africa.
Please note: We DO NOT deliver to PO Boxes as our courier service provider, requires a signature upon receipt of your parcel.
Delivery Tine frames
All good will receive a tracking number sent upon dispatch to the order email address, and your purchase will be delivered within 2-4 working days
Please note, rural areas may add an additional day yo delivery time frame.
Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the courier company.
Please provide a delivery address whereby there will be someone to receive your purchase during office hours as the courier service requires a signature upon receipt of your parcel. If a work address is provided, please ensure that the business name and receivers' names are stated clearly.
Once an order has been dispatched, Jill&Co Swimwear Boutique is unable to amend delivery location or redirect parcel, so please ensure that the address that you have provided is correct.
Online Returns and Exchange Policy
Our Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under the South African Consumer Law.
Returns or Exchange requiremnets
We at Jill&Co Swimwear Boutique are passionate about you our customer and we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item purchased on our online store, you are entitled to an exchange or refund within 10 days of receipt of purchase if it meets the requirements below:
-Proof of purchase needs to be included.
-Garment is in its original condition, including unworn and unwashed.
-Due to hygiene we cannot accept return on items that have been worn. Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underware. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it is obvious that this hasn't been done.
-For all returns requests please send a detailed mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, no telephonic returns will be accepted. Once the return has been authorised a collection will be arranged. Jill&Co Swimwear Boutique does not accept returns or exchanges sent separately by customer.
PLEASE NOTE: Courier costs incurred on an exchange or refund order is at the customers' expense and cannot be refunded unless deemed faulty by Jill&co.

Refunds will proceed in the method as the original payment within 5 business days of Jill&Co Swimwear Boutique receiving the returned parcel. Notification will be sent to nominated address at the time of this transaction.
PLEASE NOTE: Jill&Co Swimwear Boutique cannot be held accountable for banking institution processing timeframes.
Exchanges or Replacements
Jill&Co Swimwear Boutique offers exchanges and/or replacements that meet the required criteria for another size, colour or item, subject to product availability
These will proceed within 5 business days of receipt and notification of this transaction will be provided to the nominated email address.
Should a faster exchange exchange be required, Jill&Co recommends visiting our store, or alternatively sending the item back for a refund and placing a separate order online for the new item. Jill&Co will not accept out of pocket expenses should a customer choose this option.
Same Value Exchange
Should the item requested for exchange be the same value as that of the product being returned, the courier payment will be required and the exchange item will be dispatched.
Different Value Exchange
Should the item requested for exchange be a different value as that of the product being returned, one of two scenarios will occur:
1. A variance whereby payment is owed to the customer will be refunded as per the original order payment method.
2. A variance whereby payment is owed to Jill&Co, we will contact the customer prior to processing and dispatch to take additional payment. Primary contact will be made via telephone. If unanswered a voicemail will be left and an email sent to the nominated.
